Stacy A. Valdez, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney of SAV Attorney at Law LLC, a boutique real estate law firm serving clients throughout New Jersey and New York. Her practice is dedicated to residential and investment real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners through every stage of the closing process with precision, efficiency, and unwavering advocacy.

Before founding her firm, Stacy served as in-house counsel for a New Jersey pharmaceutical company and began her legal career at a prominent New York City law firm, where she represented clients in complex, high-value transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and shareholder matters. This background gives her a rare ability to approach real estate transactions with the sophistication of big-firm training and the responsiveness of a boutique practice.

Stacy earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she was an Associate Editor of the Rutgers Law Record, a Student Fellow with the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance, and a Clinical Associate with the Rutgers Law School Entrepreneurship Clinic. She also served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers Business School.
